Mercedes recovers in time to perform and Carmen Tibideaux arrives during Rachel's solo. Afterward, Mercedes and Kurt visit their new friend Wade "Unique" Adams who is having a crisis about whether or not to dress in drag for the Vocal Adrenaline performance. When he sees her standing up in the bathroom during the dance and realizes she's been lying to everyone, he leaves to be with Rachel at the anti-prom.

Rachel, Finn, Kurt, and Blaine decide to leave the anti-prom and go back to the real prom. Puck and Becky Jackson stay behind. Soon, however, Puck learns of Becky's desire to be prom queen, declares her the queen of the anti-prom, and escorts her back to McKinley where she helps him spike Sue's punch making both of their high school dreams come true.

Quinn and Santana have been assigned to count the ballots for prom king and queen and learn that Finn has won king and Quinn has won queen. Quinn and Santana decide to name Rachel prom queen as a write-in nominee.

There were some quick scenes in between - Joe crushes on Quinn, but doesn't want to have sex because of the bible; Blaine flirted via text with another guy; Rachel and Santana bonded; Will wanted to move the wedding with Emma to May - but they were really nothing more than fodder for the next Whitney song.

Glee, S3-E14: On My Way

Dave Karofsky tried to kill himself this week because the kids at his new school bullied him and spray painted "FAG" on his locker.

The action had an effect on everyone, as Sue was inspired to give Quinn her role back as a Cheerio and New Directions went on to win Regionals.

Kurt also gave Karofsky an encouraging vision of what his future could be like, ending the episode as his former bully's good friend.

How did the episode end? With Finn and Rachel about to get married... only for Quinn to get into a car accident on the way to get her bridesmaids dress.

Sam joined the synchronized team this week in an attempt to win over Mercedes, while Finn learned a troubling truth about his father: he was dishonorably charged from the army and died in the States, not in the battlefield.

Elsewhere, Becky asked Artie out, but he turned her down as a girlfriend after one date and, oh yeah, we learned that Beiste eloped to Cooter.

But the main story was Will proposing to Emma. He used the Glee club to help him with an elaborate number and then popped the question... and she said yes!

Glee, S3-E9: Extraordinary Merry Christmas

Glee celebrated Christmas this week by sending its character to perform on TV special and then having then appear at homeless center to help feed the children.

That was really about it. There was basically no plot, just many performances (all of which are available on the Glee Christmas CD!!!) and the present of earrings from Finn to Rachel. Seriously, this was a terrible episode.

Glee, S3-E5: The First Time

The school put on West Side Story this week, but the play merely served as a backdrop for a discussion on sex. Both Blaine and Rachel wanted to experience it in order to better relate to their characters, and each did end the episode by experiencing it.

But not as a study for their roles; as a loving experience with their partners. It was all sweet and very well done.

Elsewhere, Beiste started to date a football recruiter named Cooter, while Finn was told his college future would not include football.

Glee, S3-E4: Pot O' Gold

Rory debuted on Glee this week and made a major impression as a foreign exchange student living with Brittany. She actually believed he was a Leprechaun, a fact Santana used to her advantage when she has Rory tell Brittany he wished she would join Shelby's all-girl singing group.

Brittany did so, and felt even better about the choice after Finn called her an "idiot." He later apologized, and also brought Rory in to New Directions.

Glee, S3-E3: Asian F

There were three major storylines on Glee this week:

1. Will arranged to have dinner with Emma's parents because he wanted to finally meet them. Will apologizes to Emma for the double date and ends the episode by praying with her.

2.. Mike Change gets an A- in class, leading his dad to say he needs to drop singing and focus on his studies. Instead, Mike ups the ante. He lands a role in West Side Story and is inspired when he learns his mother also loves to dance.

3. Mercedes and Rachel have a sing-off for the role of Maria. Even Rachel admits Mercedes did better, yet the judges split the role, prompting Mercedes to quit and join Shelby's renegade choir. Rachel also decides to run for school president because she doesn't think singing is enough.
